She looked out the window. "Finally." She breathed.

He nodded.

She smiled. "Are you still sleepy?"

"Nah." He said.

"Okay, good." She replied and watched as they drovout of the small town.

He turned the radio on.

She smiled and waited for a song to start.

He drove for a long time.

She leaned on him and held him arm tightly.

He sighed.

Her phone rang. She woke up when she heard it. (She had fallen asleep). She didn't even look at the number before she answered. "Hello?"
"Rosette.." the famaliar voice said.
Rose froze. "Why are you calling." She said and swallowed.
"Where are you?" Ryan said, almost angrily. Rose hung up.

Ty cursed. "Your dad?"

"No, worse.." She breathed putting her phone down. "It was..Ryan." She said and looked out the window to hide her emotion.

"He can't hurt you." Ty said.

"Thats not true." She said, her voice shaky.

"It is." He said

She breathed and looked away, as much as she wanted to believe Ty, she just couldn't. Ryan had hurt her many times, she didn't doubt that he could again.

"We're almost here," He said, looking at the palm trees.

"Yay." She replied and sat closer to him.

He smiled and looked at her. "We so should have planned first."

"Planning is for grown ups." She said jokingly.

He laughed. "Smart people."

"Well I guess its a little too late for that." She said seeing the smaal beach town.

He nodded and turned on the Grand Strip.

She looked around. "I haven't been here since...." she breatthed not finishing.
