She nodded and started to make it as the sun sank lower in the orange-pink sky. The only sound you could hear was the hiss of the waves licking the shore then returning to the open sea.

Ty watched them, he seemed to be concentrating. He had a far away look in his eyes.

After finishing her second smore Rose looked at Ty curiously. She sat closer. "Everyhting alright?" Her soft voice barely audible over the crackling fire and the waves.

He nodded. "I'm fine."

"Its dark." She commented as the sun dipped below the horizon, leaving the beach dark and cold. In a way, Rose didn't like the dark. Bad things happened to her in dark.

He nodded. "Yep."

"Where do we sleep?" She asked zipping her jacket up to block the cold wind.

"I have a tent." He said, standing up.

"I'll help." She said following.

He nodded and handed it to her.

She took it and walked around to find a good place for it.

"The beach? He asked.

"I know." She said and put it down.

He smiles and helped her.

She started to set it up with his help. She began to shiver in the cold.

"Here." He ave her his jacket.

She put it on, the sleeves drooped over her hands. "Thanks." She smiled and finished setting up the tent.

He smiled. "THat's cute."

She laughed. "Why thank you." She wrapped her arms around him and looked up at him.

"Ready to go to bed?" He asked.

"Not much use in sitting out here in the cold." She smiled and nodded.

He made their bed and climbed in.

She went in and sat on their little bed. "Cozy." She whispered looking at him.

He nodded and pulled her close.

She smiled and pecked his lips.
