"She isn't going anywhere with you," He hissed, glaring at him.

"Oh yes she is... jail boy." He spat. "I mean, I'm a nice guy, I would hate to have to turn you in for violating your paroll (sp?)".

Rose frowned. "You wouldn't..."
Ryan smirked. "I would.. so lets just make this real easy...get in the car." He hissed.

"I can get back a lot quicker than you'd think. Lets not forget the multiple bruises on her. You want to be all mature about this? Then back off." He hissed, stepping closer.

Rose looked down, noticing the water had washed off the the body makup she had applied, leaving darkly bruised skin with scraches all over her body.

"You could of caused them! Who would the better believe: a jail-bird or a educated scolar?" He shot and looked at Rose.

"They'd obviously believe the person it happened to." He shot.

Evan frowned. "Rose just get in the damn car... you don't want your little convict getting hurt do you?" He asked, tapping his pocket which contained a gun.

Rose swallowed and looked at Ty nervously.

He shook his head at her. "Wow. A gun, what a big boy you are!" He taunted.

"I'm honestly surprised you'd put up a fight for this slut." He responded, stepping closer. Rose looked down.

"Its not really a fight when the other guy doesn't know what he's doing." He said.

"Sorry I don't have 'jail experience'." He short and passed him quickly, grabbing Rose.

Ty grabbed him quickly, easily taking him into a neck hold. "Let her go."

He didn't let her go. He struggled and pulled her to him, taking out his gun and pointing it to her. "Let me go, I'll shoot her!" He threatened.

Ty took a hold of his wrist, causing him to point the gun at himself. "Someone needs to learn how to fight before tring to use a gun."

"Fu*k you." He hissed pushed Rose roughly away.

"I would leave before I kick your pathetic little ass... Again." He said.

Ryan growled and walked to his car slowly, starting it then driving away.

Rose stood then, silent, shaken. Possibly in shock from seeing him again.

Ty looked at her. "You alright babe?"

"I thought we was going to take me." She said quietly, looking distant.

"I wouldn't let him." Ty saod.

She looked at him and smiled slightly. "Oh, thank you!" She said running to him and hugging him.

He hugged back. "You have little faith in me."

"I have little faith that that's the last I'll see him." She frowned. She burried she face in his chest.

He held her tightly.

She looked up at him. "I'm gonna go put something dry on...." she saw he was still holding Ryans gun. "Put that thing away." She said, he had used the butt of it many times to hit her.
