Clare stepped outside and froze as she felt hands on her beck. They we're familiar and strong. The smell, she could smell the weed. SHe hated it.

Eli raised his hand to be excused. The teacher nodded. Eli first decided to go to the bathroom...he had to go

Eli finished up and started to walk out to where he thought Clare was.

Clare pursed her lips, not saying anything.
Her brother frowned. "Answer me!" He snapped.
Clare just closed her eyes bracing herself against him.

ELi saw them. "Hey! Get off her!" He said grabbing Ty and throwing him back easily.

Clare opened her eyes quickly.
Her brother was took aback then pushed Eli away from her. "ncase you haven't noticed she legally belongs to me." He said.

"Not for long." Eli growled.

He laughed and grabbed Clare's arm, digging his nails into her. "She's not 18 yet, theres not a damn thing you can do."

"So when was she written to your name?" Eli asked furiously, stepping between him and Clare, protecting her.

"After she killed our parents. She legally became mine until shes 18 I can do whatever I please to her." He said.
Clare nodded and looked down.

Eli looked at her. "He didn't kill your parents..thats bull shit! She could never do that!" He stepped closer to Ty and smelled his breath. "Why should a 17 year old go into the possesion of a drug addict?... thats not safe." He said raising an eye brow.

"It's better than moving 3,000 miles away with people she's never met before." He challenged

"I would never make her do something she didn't want to..and thats something you can't say!" Eli replied quickly.

"Are you sure of that? Because last time I checked I wasn't the only one who had sex with her." He taunted

"At least she had a choice." Eli hissed and glanced at Clare.

"Are you sure about that? She has adtendecy to do something she doesn't want but not speak up about it." HE said

"Unlike you..I acually know Clare. And if she wanted to, she could leave with you..its her choice." Eli said and stepped out from between then, looking at Clare.

Her brother smirked and grabbed her hand. "She actually doesn't have a choice."

Eli frowned and looked at Clare. "Why do you want her so bad?" He shot, wanting to rescue Clare.

"The same reason you do. She's a live toy." He said, scrapinghis knife dwn her back, where eli could see.
Pain crossed Clares face. she closed her eyes trying to calm down/

Eli saw her and couldn't take it anymore. His green eyes turned almost black. He pounced at Ty, pushing him to the ground. He began to harshly pound his face several times.

He pushed Eli off of him hard onto the ground. "When you get tired of her, let me know." He said adn fleed.
