Eli layed on the ground and breathed heavily, trying to regain his control over himself.

Clare frowned more worried about him than anything. "Are you ok?!?!"

Eli got up and looked at her. "If you did'nt want to be with me you would tell me right?" He said looking at her, his eyes becoming green again.

Clare nodded. "OF course.." She said her voice breaking

Eli looked at her, a little worried.

"You're gonna leave me aren't you?" She breathed.

"Never!" He said and looked at her. "I thought you were going to leave me." He hugged her to him.

Clare shook her head. "He makes me feel so.... worthless."

Eli nodded. "I will never let him take you..I promise."

Clare nodded and laid beside him, her hands shaking.

Eli smiled at her. "Lets go home, okay?"

Clare lookes over at himv and nodded.

Eli wlked her to the car.

Clare took his hand and looked over at him.

"Where you doing okay during class?" Heasked starting the car.

Clare shrugged. "It was fine...but its like I could tell my brother was here. "

Eli nodded. "Interesting."

Clare looked at him. "Were you really gonna let him take me?"r[center]

"Never." Eli said pulling up in front of his house. "I will never let him take you..never." He kissed her hand.

Clare nodded and leaned on him. "I was scared."

"I know, love." He whispered and cuddled her close, still in the car.

Clare closed her eyes trying to forget everything he did to her.

"Everything is okay now." He whispered in her ear. He opened the car door and carried Clare inside.

"I feel like I need to make it up to you...."

"You don't owe me anything." He said putting her down on the couch, he sat next to her.
