Ty frowned and nodded. "I know what you mean."

Rose looked at him, not sure what he meant, but decided not to push.

Ty got out and opened her door.

Rose smiled at him and got out. "Oh its a beautiful day." She commented.

Ty nodded and smiled. "It is."

Rose led him inside. "Get whatever you want."

"Im actually not that hungry..." He said.

"Oh, well we can share something." Rose offered.

Ty smied. "That works."

"We could get like a sandwich or something.." Rose said looking at the menu.

"Anything you want." He said.

"WEll that makes it a lot easier." Rose said and rolled her eyes jokingly. It was their turn in line. "I'll have a carmel latte..and we'll share a BLTA (bacon lettuce tomato and avocado, toasted." She glanced at Ty. "Anything else you want?"

'Sounds good to me." He said

Rose nodded and smiled. She paid and walked them over to a nice little table near the window.

Ty sat down and looked at her. "WHy did you put up with him for so long?"

Rose sighed and looked at him. "My father is..controlling.." She looked down. "I thought i was just me..thats what he said.." she continued quietly. "He threatened to kill me on our wedding night if I didn't let him do what he wanted."

Ty frowned and looked down. "It's not you..." He whispered.

Rose bit her lip "I told myself that for a while but.."

"But it's true." He said. "It's his own fault."

Rosee breathed, this was boviously a painful subject for her, but she knew she needed to talk about it. "I just hope he leaves me alone.."

"He better." Ty said in a threatening tone.

She looked at him. "What if he hurts you." A lady brough them the latte and sandwich.

"He's not going to hurt me." Ty said

Rose breathed and decided not to argue. She took a sip of the coffee.

Ty looked out the window. "Does you mom not stop him?"
