Eli closed his eyes.

She laid in bed and closed her eyes, small tears running down her face.

Eli wanted to talk with her, but she wouldn't open up.

She bit her lip.

Eli tried to not think about her though, since he figured she might be mad at him.

She started to sob silently, holding onto the pillow.

Eli got up and paced, not sure if he should go up.

She dug her nails into her wrist.

Eli breathed, he felt like he should. They were getting married, he felt he should talk to her.

She looked at it, a small bit of blood coming out.

Eli slowly went up the stairs. "Clare.."

She pullled her hand to her fast and wiped away tears. "Mhm?""

He walked in slowly. He could feel the emotion in the room was dark. "Baby..." he whispered. "You know you could tell me anything.."

She nodded. "I know." She whispered.

HE sat on the bed and looked down at her. He examined her wrist but didn't say anything. "Then why don't you trust me.." He asked, his tone serious.

"It has nothing to do with you." She said honestly.

Eli nodded. "Okay."

She sat up.

"I suppose I'll leave yout to rest then.." He said slowly.

Clare nodded, her eyes weak looking.

Eli swollowed. "If you want to talk.."

She just took a deep breath.

Eli pressed his warm lips quickly to her forehead and got up.

Clare didn't want to watch him leave.

He walked out slowly and went downstairs. He wanted to give her time to...well, he didn't know but he didn't feel being with her helped any.
