Eli wondered why she had to leave.

Clare got dressed and brushed her hair. She felt her phone vibrate on the counter.

Eli closed her eyes and tried to rest.

Clare walked out the door quietly.

Eli slept soundly.

Clare smiled and walked to the school.

Eli dreamed of Clare.

Clare smiled seeing Jake. "Hey." She whispered.

Eli woke up early.

"Hey." Jake said, stepping closer to her. "It's been a while.
"It has." She said.

Eli started to read a book.

Clare smiled and run into him arms. "I missed you so much."

Eli sighed and laid looking at nothing.

Jake smiled. "I missed you more. I have moving everywhere. It sucks." He whispered in her ear.
"How long are you back for?" Clare asked, her eyes hopeful.

Eli was bored. He decided to sleep more.

Jake shrugged. "Who knows. It could be weeks or years."He said, not letting Clare out of his arms. "I hope never."

"Me too." Clare said and nodded.

Eli wondered what she was doing.

Jake finally let go of her. "You still have it?" He asked, playing with her necklace.

"I never take it off." Clare admitted, looking down.

He fell asleep again.

"That's adorable." Jake said, admiring her.
Clare's cheeks turned red. "Thank-you." She breathed.

Eli got up slowly and got dressed. He decided to go pick up some thinggs at the store.

"You've changed a lot," Jake noticed, tucking a strand of curly red hair behind her ear. "You look so grown-up."

Clare smiled. "We've both grown up a lot." She reminded him.

Eli started Morty.

Jake nodded. "True." He said and glanced at her hand. "What would that be?"

Clare smirked. "You know the story. Two people fall in love, they get married."

"Who's the lucky guy?" Jake asked and forced a smiled

Eli went to the General Store. He walked around and grabbed a few things to keep around the house.
